Far Cry 5 - DIY And DOA solution

How to find and complete Far Cry 5's DIY And DOA treasure puzzle.

Far Cry 5 DIY And DOA is a puzzle you have to solve within the Holland Valley region.

It's one of many Prepper Stash locations you'll find throughout the game, all giving you rewards once you solve and figure out how to access them.

DIY And DOA solution

Location: Doverspike Compound

Rewards: 3 x perk magazines, $1,000

To get to the Doverspike Compound for this Prepper Stash, you will need to head north from the US Auto Cult Outpost. Keep going and you'll eventually stumble across a deserted house. To start things off, look for a hut to the left of the compound.

Walk over and read the note pinned to the wall. Next, head inside the house and you'll find the key you to the locked hut door on the dresser inside the only accessible bedroom (there will be a dead cultist just outside).

Head back to the hut and the door will now be unlocked. Open the hatch on the floor inside the hunt and descend into the gloomy bunker below. Head through the doorway and you'll see the stash locked behind a sturdy-looking door to your left.

Head through the door with the note beside it and turn left when you reach the next doorway.

At the end, turn right, then look for a power switch at the end of the room (look to your left and you should find it in a small alcove). Flipping the switch will cause the compound to catch fire and explode.

Don't worry, as long as you put the fire out, you'll be fine. You'll now need to head back the way you came - being careful to avoid any flames and falling debris. When you reach previously locked door some sprinklers will kick in, putting out the fires.

The locked door will now be open for can walk right in and collect your prizes.

Be sure to nab any extra ammunition you might need before you leave. If you do leave by the ladder, hatch and hut you used before, beware that the explosion in the hunt can attract nearby cultists so be careful when returning to the surface and entering the yard.
