Jeff Goldblum will star in Jurassic World Evolution game

"I'm gonna be with you the whole game."

Irresistible actor Jeff Goldblum will star in Frontier's new dinosaur theme park game Jurassic World Evolution.

He will reprise his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm, the character he plays in the Jurassic Park films, and will apparently "be with you the whole game". That's what he said in an announcement video.

A press release added: "Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm guides players through the moral choices and tactical decisions that will test their building and management skills as they attempt to successfully run their own Jurassic World."

Let's hope he has some more encouraging words to whisper than in his secret ending to The Lost World: Jurassic Park video game from 1997.

Jurassic World Evolution comes to PC, PS4 and Xbox One this summer, roughly alongside the new Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom film, which launches in June.
