Final Fantasy 15 Chapter 14 - World of Ruin, The Cure for Insomnia, Iseultalon and Arachne battles

How to complete Chapter 14 of Final Fantasy 15.

Chapter 14 is the final chapter of the game, with the World of Ruin and The Cure for Insomnia missions coming thick and fast after Chapter 13 and Zegnautus Keep. We've left the final battles to the next page of the walkthrough, and remember if you need to do a spot of grinding, then you can always 'Call Umbra' at a save point and head back to the world.

World of Ruin

Recommended level: 44

Once your boat reaches dry land make your way forward through the docks. There are a lot of daemons here, and attempting to fight them all is foolhardy - while the Goblins and other low-level creatures can be easily tackled the difficulty will increase dramatically as you head further inland so a strategy of simply running for it is recommended.

Follow the road and eventually a truck will drive past and give you a lift the rest of the way and fill you in on what's been going on in your absence.

Once you're reunited with the gang take the opportunity to stock up on as many healing items as you can afford, buy new weapons if you need them, and generally prepare yourself for battle as all that remains now is the final showdown. When you're ready, head out through the gates and return to Insomnia.

Need more help? Our Final Fantasy 15 guide and walkthrough can provide tips on main story, as well as the open-world's many quests and activities. Learning how to get AP fast, EXP fast and money or Gil fast will aid you in many optional dungeons and tombs - including how to open and explore their locked doors. There's also plenty of interesting side-quests, too, such as the Scraps of Mystery and Professors Protege frog locations. And if you want to get around easier, you can rent a Chocobo, learn the infinite sprint trick and later in the game, get the flying car Regalia Type F. There's also more to see and do with DLC, such as Episode Gladiolus and Episode Prompto.

The Cure for Insomnia, Iseultalon and Ariadne

Recommended level: 45

Clear out the enemies from the opening area then head to the nearby subway to find a save point. Head back up to ground level and follow the ruins round until you encounter the Iseultalon.

It's weak to Shields, Mechanisms, and Fire, and resistant to Ice, but it's also level 72, has nearly a quarter of a million HP, and can easily one-shot your entire party so you may prefer just to run past it.

Next up you'll come across an Ariadne. Use Broadswords, Mechanisms and Fire to take her down, then head into the subway entrance and open the doors below.

Follow the tunnel, deal with the Troopers blocking your path, then head through the next set of doors and return to ground level again.

Ahead of you your way is blocked by the Behemoth King, but instead of heading towards him hug the left edge of the area and follow it round to find another save point and some elemental essences.

Rest up, and get ready to do battle against Ifrit, Behemoth King and the final boss fight to see off the main story of Final Fantasy 15.
