EX Treasure: Merchant Hood

Warp to the Dueling Peaks Tower, then glide towards the Deya Village Ruins. You'll need to past through a small forest and climb over a large hill before reaching the square ruins of a house.

Inside will be a journal, in which you'll find a clue to finding the Rovio Hood. To track it down, warp to the Faron Tower and glide towards the marker shown in the screenshot.

The best tactic is to glide to the mountain range on your right. Follow it on foot, then use one of its higher edges to glide above the jungle below. Aim to land on the left-hand side of the area, climb to higher ground and select your Magnesis ability.

You'll now see a giant dragon head made of stone with two claws on either side.

Climb the platform beneath the left-hand claw, and use Magnesis to reveal the hood hidden within.

EX Treasure: Garb of the Winds

Warp to the Dueling Peaks Tower, then glide towards the Deya Village Ruins. You'll need to past through a small forest and climb over a large hill before reaching the square ruins of a house.

Inside will be a journal, in which you'll find a clue to finding the Island Lobster Shirt. You'll find this clue in the same place you discovered the clue for Rovio's Hood.

From the Lake Tower, glide towards the marker shown on the map. There are two lizalfo in the water, but both are fairly weak so one placed arrow to each will take them out.

Now use a couple of blocks of ice (via Cryonis) to reach the mouth of the river. Use Magnesis to look in the water, raise the chest out and take the shirt within.

EX Treasure: Usurper King

Warp to the Dueling Peaks Tower, then glide towards the Deya Village Ruins. You'll need to past through a small forest and climb over a large hill before reaching the square ruins of a house.

Inside will be a journal, in which you'll find a clue to finding Zant's Helmet. A name you might recognise from Twilight Princess...

To find it, head to the Faron Tower, and glide towards the marker shown in the screenshot. You're looking for an area called Tobio's Hollow, so follow the cliffs to the right, run across the meadow then float down to an area with dead trees and a giant.

Glide across both and land on one of the rocks in the swamp. Use a block of ice with Cryonis to reach the the nearest island with the trees, then use Magnesis to pull out the treasure chest and its contents.

EX Treasure: Dark Armor

There are three parts to this EX Treasure quest:

Phantom Ganon's Armor location

Every piece of armour in this set in based in the Faron Tower region, so use this tower to glide to each one.

In order to find the clue regarding these three armour pieces, and to initiate the quest, warp to the Dueling Peaks Tower, then glide towards the Deya Village Ruins.

You'll need to past through a small forest and climb over a large hill before reaching the square ruins of a house. Inside will be a journal, in which you'll find a clue to find Phantom Ganon's gear.

His armour can be found west of the Faron Tower, near the Sarjon Woods. Follow the curve of the river and glide down to a small stone bridge that crosses it just past these woods.

Stand on a rock underneath and use Magnosis to pull the chest out and pilfer the armour within. It's best to either place the chest back on the bridge or on one of the nearby rocks (otherwise it will just sink again).

Phantom Ganon's Skull location

From the Faron Tower, glide north-east to the Corta Lake area. Either glide towards the waterfall shown in the screenshot or ride the waterfalls in your Zora armour to reach the base of the one shown.

Now use Magnesis to reveal the chest that's sunk down beneath. Drag it back onto land and the skull-shaped helmet within is yours.

Phantom Ganon's Greaves location

As with the previous pieces in this armour set, warp to the Faron Tower, and glide in an eastern direction towards the Ebara Forest. It might be too far for you to glide (depending on your stamina) so you can always land by the Lakeside Stable and cross the nearby wooden bridge.

At the end, you'll encounter three large statues. Look behind the headless one to the left, and you'll find a buried chest. Pull it out with Magnesis to find the greaves and complete your Phantom Ganon's set.
