Starting Chapter 3 - Red Flag
Three more Teks will now board. First, chat to Librarian Sigma Two.
Select the first options until the 'Access Override' focus point unlocks. Back out to the carriage, and at this point another Tek will have boarded - Athlete Upsilon Seven One.
Talk to Athlete Upsilon Seven One until you can use the 'Access override' focus point, who will explain performing one will allow a proper conversation.
How to learn a Joke and access override the Athlete Tek
Go back to Librarian Sigma Two, and select 'the 'Access override' focus point, presenting the option 'I need to question a sports Tek with overactive sponsorship routines'.
You now must impress this Tek with a joke, unlocking the 'Joke' focus point.
Ignore the options and back out. Now pay your attention to Elder Omega Five Niner. Run down the conversation until you can use the 'Joke' access override.
Now you know the joke, go back to Librarian Sigma Two, and select 'Sure! Umm.. Why did the Tek...' then 'buy fly spray?', and finally, 'they were riddled with bugs'.
This removes the 'Joke' and 'Access override' focus points, and adds another, 'Turing 23612'.
Return to Athlete Upsilon Seven One and use 'Turing 23612'. Run down the conversation until you can use focus points, then select 'Red Tek', unlocking 'Red Tek's first appearance'.

Now chat to Elder Omega Five Niner again and use the newly unlocked 'Red Tek's first appearance', removing 'Red Tek' from the focus point list. Now back out and the chapter will end.
