PS4 deals on Cyber Monday 2017: discounts on PS4 Pro, PS4 slim, games and accessories

The best discounts we can find as Thanksgiving bargain season draws to a close.

As Cyber Monday ever so gradually draws to a close, you may be expecting the deals to start dissipating one by one. Think again, friend - much like Black Friday before it, Cyber Monday is no longer just a one-day event. Indeed, the deals will be continuing until later this week, with brand new offers showing up every once in a while. Here are our top picks for the very best of the bunch.

In Playstation-land, the most desirable deals on Cyber Monday 2017 remain for the PS4 Pro. Looking around, you can still get a PS4 Pro with Gran Turismo Sport and Call of Duty WW2 for under £300, which is not to be sniffed at. If you've held out this long for a standard PS4, you are spoiled for choice - you can get a console in your choice of colour and with really great selection of games for £200. There are some decent discounts for accessories and controllers, too - as well as PSVR. These are the best deals we've found on Cyber Monday 2017 so far.

Games don't usually get the same sort of outrageous discounts on Cyber Monday as they do on Black Friday - but a few retailers have left the deals switch flipped, and you can still find a few bargains left over from the weekend.

The best PSVR Deals on Cyber Monday 2017

PS4 Accessories to look out for

If you're already a happy PS4 owner - and looking the sales figures, that's statistically very likely - you can still splash out on some extras to make that bit more special. This Black Friday we've mostly seen decent offers on controllers - proper Dualshock ones too, none of that knockoff nonsense. Fill your boots.

The fun doesn't stop on Black Friday, though. After a weekend filled with deals, Cyber Monday takes place on November 27th, 2017. Despite its cringe-worthy name, you can think of Cyber Monday as a second chance for a lot of online-based retailers to discount a wide variety of their products, most of which will not have been discounted during Black Friday itself. It's anything but a one-day affair, though - you can expect another week's worth of deals.

As you can probably guess from the name, Cyber Monday was born in the white heat of the internet revolution, before "cyber" became a reference to something even less wholesome and then, subsequently, obsolete. There's an argument that Cyber Monday is obsolete now too - the term was first coined on the similarly quaint by marketeers aiming to popularise the then-new practice of shopping at online stores, but those have now come to replace physical retail on the much bigger and more popular Black Friday itself.

Those same retailers are now making Cyber Monday relevant again, though. Competition over Thanksgiving is so murderous, and shoppers so preoccupied, that big stores like Amazon have kept the discounts flowing over the weekend and into Cyber Monday 2017. The offers aren't quite as good, but they're getting closer - Amazon in particular uses the day to give a sort of second life to its most popular Black Friday deals, with whatever stock it can rustle up to replace what's left.

As with Black Friday, we're going to be picking through the best Cyber Monday deals all day, and collecting them here - we've got dedicated pages for the best PS4 and PS4 Pro Cyber Monday deals, the best Xbox One and Xbox One X Cyber Monday deals, the best Nintendo Switch Cyber Monday deals and last and most elaborate the best PC gaming Cyber Monday deals. Leave those tabs open and see what we can dig up, why don't you.

Sometimes we include links to online retail stores. If you click on one and make a purchase we may receive a small commission. For more information, go here.
