Like something out of dubious science fiction, Cyber Monday is here. We're in the middle of it right now in fact, living our best collective lives. The titular discounting event is the follow-up to last week's Black Friday sales madness and seems set to bring with it a brand new set of offers, discounts and bundles from all over the web, giving you one last grasp at a discounted treat. Time is running out, however, and the deals will disappear sooner than you think. Best not to hesitate, really.

Formerly the online alternative to Black Friday, Cyber Monday has now had its lines blurred enough to create one long late-November deals season. This year, Black Friday brought Xbox One bundles down to an all-time low cost of just £169.99 with a choice of games thrown in for free. Cyber Monday has continued these bundles so far, with more offers set to go live later today.

If you managed to avoid the madness last week, you can still pick up an Xbox One S or the new Xbox One X with a stack of Actually Quite Good games for a reasonable price. For this, you can thank Bethesda and Ubisoft, who seemingly have provided everybody with cut-price copies of things like Assassin's Creed Origins, Rainbow Six Siege, Fallout 4 and Wolfenstein 2 to bulk out the Cyber Monday Xbox One bundles offered by Amazon, GAME and Shopto.

If you could be tempted by a rival platform, you can check out our top picks for the best PS4 Cyber Monday 2017 deals or the best Nintendo Cyber Monday deals 2017, as well.

It's pretty slim pickings to be honest - your best bet is a few quid off the excellent, but still jolly expensive, Xbox One Elite controller - Argos has now thrown in a free copy of Forza Motorsport 7 in to sweeten the deal. There were a few Xbox Live discounts floating around but you're now back to £33.99 as standard.

If you're looking for the best deals on the Elite Controller as well as a whole bunch of other Xbox One accessories, you can check out Jelly Deals for a guide to the best accessories for Xbox One.

Out of all the upcoming Black Friday 2017 madness, it's a safe bet that the Xbox One S will be one of the most heavily discounted consoles you're likely to see this year, likely bundled with games as well as seeing discounts to the console on its own. If you're after a bargain on an Xbox One console or Xbox One games, read on as we take a look at the best Xbox One Black Friday deals for this year.

Cyber Monday is the international shopping extravaganza that involves retailers online and in-store offering steep discounts on tech, electronics, games, consoles and more. This year, Black Friday takes place on Friday, November 24th, 2017. For all of our other Black Friday coverage, you can check out our Black Friday deals hub, which features the best deals on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and more.

The significant discounts that we'll see on the Xbox One S console are owed largely to the November 7th release of the Xbox One X, though we may get lucky and see a bundle or two for that system as well. On top of the consoles themselves, we'll be seeing some big discounts on a huge amount of Xbox One games, both first-party and third as Microsoft is keen to get people playing its ever-increasing back catalogue.

Last year gave us discounts that took the Xbox One S down to £199.99 alongside copies of Minecraft and Forza Horizon 3, which in itself was a great deal, though the absolute best value bundle had to be GAME's offering of an Xbox One S with FIFA 17, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Forza Horizon 3, along with a Now TV Sky Cinema pass - that pack would have cost you £229.99. With all this in mind, it's easy to conclude that we'll be seeing bundles this year that will both match those prices and go even further, we'll likely see Xbox One S bundles from as low as £160 while you can bet on a handful of titles being offered up in Xbox One X bundles for free during Cyber Monday week.

Shifting focus over to games, last year boasted the likes of Dark Souls 3 for £17, Doom for £14, Bioshock The Collection for £24, The Division for £15 and The Witcher for £12.50. Needless to say, we'll be seeing similarly discounted games this year - some of the year's biggest releases are expected to be available from as low as £15, so if you've been holding out on picking up titles like Prey, Halo Wars 2, Injustice 2, or Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, to name a few, you'll most likely be in luck.

Rest assured, we'll be here to cover all the best deals and offers until the bitter end of Cyber Monday week, and in the meantime, we've gathered up a list of the current best Xbox One deals you can buy before Cyber Monday 2017 even starts.
