Doom's final multiplayer DLC Bloodfall is out now

Lets you transform into a Pinky.

Doom's final premium DLC, Bloodfall, is out now on all platforms for £11.99 / €14.99 / $14.99.

The multiplayer add-on lets players turn into a Spectre Pinky by gathering a Demon Rune in the game's PvP modes. The Spectre Pinky can turn invisible or bull rush into marines to gore them in one hit.

Bloodfall also adds three new maps: Empyrian, Boneyard, and Outbreak. The first two are set in Hell while Outbreak is based on Mars.

There's also a new weapon and piece of equipment. The Grenade Launcher can shoot either frag grenades or smoke grenades that conceal one's position, while Lateral Thrusters add a triple-jump or dash maneuver.

Bloodfall's three new Hack modules are as follows:

  • Extra Protection - Gain Extra Armor per Health Pickup
  • Augmented Healing -Gain Extra Health per Health Pickup
  • Glory Sight - Highlight enemies that can be Glory Killed from farther away

Cosmetically, Bloodfall adds four new Cultist-themed armour sets along with 15 new customisation patterns and colours.

To commemorate Bloodfall's release, there will be a double XP Weekend from now through 19th December at 5pm UK time. Id recently raised the level cap to Echelon 11, level 50, at which point you can unlock the recently added Doom Marine Armour.
