Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel Weapons locations

  • The Follower Javelin is located in the first area. After the landslide head down and bear right until you reach the cliff edge, then turn right and head up the slope to find the javelin at the end, guarded by a group of Followers.
  • You can find the Follower Sabre as you traverse your way down the roots on your way to the Champion's Gravetender boss.
  • Valorheart is acquired by defeating the Champion's Gravetender boss.
  • The Onyx Blade is dropped by the knight located towards the end of Corvian Settlement. You can't proceed without killing him, so this is unmissable.
  • The Crow Quills are located in Corvian Settlement. From the bonfire, cross the first bridge, turn left and make your way behind the building, cross the next bridge, and follow the ledge. A couple of enemies will ambush you here, so there's a chance you'll be knocked off and have to circle back round again. Once you're above the bonfire you can take a running leap across the gap and make your way to the balcony that overlooks the approach area - the item is located on top of the large rock in the middle, but it's a tight jump.
  • Millwood Battleaxe is held by a corpse in the tower where the Captain's Ashes are located.
  • You'll also find the Ethereal Oak Shield in the tower.
  • The Millwood Greatbow is dropped by the archer in the same tower.
  • You can find Earthseeker in the Snowy Mountain Pass area. Once you've reached the bell head up the slope and turn right, and as you follow the ledge you'll be dropped into the area below. Fight off your opponents and then collect the weapon from the end of the small cave on the far side.
  • Just before reaching the bell in Snowy Mountain Pass there's a shallow gully. Head towards the cliff edge and the Follower Shield will be in a small dent in the rocks to your left.
  • The Follower Torch is on a lower path in the Snowy Mountain Pass area. Just before you climb the final slope take a detour to the left to reveal the concealed path down below the cliff edge.
  • The Quakestone Hammer is located in the Snowy Mountain Pass. As you head up the final slope towards the fly-infested area, keep an eye out for a small path branching to the left. The hammer is guarded by a hulking knight at the end.
  • The Crow Talons are on a rooftop in Corvian Settlement - after you climb onto the first roof turn left and head forwards a few feet, drop down onto the ledge below, and cross to the other building. Make your way through the building and onto the roof to grab them.
  • Pyromancer's Parting Flame is located on the top of the tower where you fight the Gravetender, but it's accessed via an illusory wall on the right side of the lower floor of the fly infested area towards the end of the DLC. From there head to the ledge outside, carefully pick your way down the roots, and land on the ledge to grab it.
  • After defeating Friede either her Great Scythe or the Rose of Ariandel can be obtained by transposing her soul back at Firelink.

Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel Spells locations

  • Frozen Weapon is guarded by a couple of flies to the right as you head down the slope towards the Rope Bridge Cave.
  • The Way of the White Corona is located in Corvian Settlement. Before dropping off the roof into the graveyard, head to the far end and climb in through the window. Defeat the enemies inside and claim your prize from in front of the altar.
  • Snap Freeze is at the end of the ravine guarded by the giant crabs close to the Champion's Gravetender fight.
  • Floating Chaos is dropped by an invading NPC on top of the Gravetender tower - see Pyromancer's Parting Flame for details on how to get there, take an Ember if you need to, and wait for Livid Pyromancer Dunnel to make an appearance.

Other items in Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel

  • The Chillbite Ring is given to you by Sister Friede after you've spoken to her the first time you meet.
  • The Captain's Ashes can be found at the top of the tower accessed by heading down and left after the first landslide and making your way up the hill beyond the Greatwolf. Give them to the Shrine Maiden in Firelink to unlock the Millwood Set and Millwood Greatarrows for purchase.
