Gather the necessary ingredients and brew the Decoctions of the Grasses

To proceed, you'll need to find the ingredients used to brew the Decoctions of the Grasses potion - specifically, bryonia, forktail spinal fluid, ribleaf, albino bruxa tongue, manticore poison gland and mandrake root. Sounds like hard work, right? Fear not: simply follow the objective marker over to the glowing table in the main hall and examine the box to grab everything that you need.

Brew the Decoctions of the Grasses

Next, open your Alchemy menu and scroll down to the Decoctions of the Grasses potion at the bottom of the list. When the potion is complete, exit the menu.

Bring the potion to Yennefer

Approach Yennefer at the objective marker and hand over the potion to begin the procedure. Open the valves in any order you choose. Wrap up the conversation with Eskel then, once time has passed, recount a tale to Yennefer.
