Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice sets court date for September

Demo due this month.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice is now due 8th September on the 3DS eShop where it will cost £24.99 / €29.99/ $29.99.

You'll be able to try the beginning for free, however, as soon as 25th August when a demo will be made available.

This latest lawyering adventure puts players in the shoes of Wright as he ventures to the Kingdom of Khura'in. Here things get a bit mystical as Wright's royal priestess pal Rayfa will perform "Divination Séances" to recall the last moments of a victim's life.

Spirit of Justice will see many fan favourite characters return, such as protege Apollo Justice, forensics scientist Ema Skye, and Phoenix's adopted daughter and magician Trucy Wright, who is now standing trial for murder.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice will be the sixth game in the main Ace Attorney series, though there have been a few spin-offs. Some of these, such as Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney made it to the west, while the Miles Edgeworth sequel and 19th century prequel Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Bōken remained exclusive to Japan.
