Project Scorpio won't have any exclusives

"No one gets left behind."

Microsoft's upcoming iteration of the Xbox One, Project Scorpio, won't have any exclusives, the hardware manufacturer has promised.

"Great thing is with Project Scorpio as part of #XboxOne family all your games will work, no Scorpio exclusives, so no one gets left behind," said head of Xbox Games marketing Aaron Greenberg on Twitter.

Due holiday 2017, Project Scorpio will have six teraflops of GPU power, eight CPU cores, and over 320GB/s of memory bandwidth. It will also support 4K gaming and VR, though no peripherals have been announced at this time.

For more on Project Scorpio, Digital Foundry tech expert Richard Leadbetter offered a spec analysis on the upcoming console.
