Steins;Gate 0 is coming to Europe this year on PS4 and Vita

Let's do the time warp again.

Steins;Gate 0, the sequel to the grammatically confusing sci-fi visual novel Steins;Gate, is coming to Europe and North America on PS4 and Vita later this year via publisher PQube.

Steins;Gate 0 was also available on PS3 in Japan, but Europe is only getting its PS4 and Vita versions.

Developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus, the first Steins;Gate was a critically acclaimed tale of teenagers who go back in time and accidentally create a bunch of alternate timelines.

According to PQube, this sequel "sees Okabe and the Future Gadget Lab members return once again in a story centered around Artificial Intelligence and the creation of 'Amadeus' - a means of interacting with the stored memories of a fellow human being."

The original Steins:Gate premiered way back in 2009 on Xbox 360, but only in Japan. It didn't make its European debut until June 2015 on Vita and PS3.

The game became so popular in Japan that it spawned both an anime and manga series. Steins;Gate 0 launched last December there, where it sold 100k copies in a day.
