Everybody's Gone to the Rapture confirmed for PC

Village people.

BAFTA-nominated PlayStation 4 adventure Everybody's Gone to the Rapture will get a release on PC.

The game was previously spotted on Steam's database and in patch notes for the most recent AMD graphics drivers. Now, Brighton-based developer The Chinese Room has made it official.

There's no release date yet, but from the previous sightings of the game it would seem close to release.

Rapture was one of the best PlayStation 4 exclusives of last year (if you haven't read it already, check out Christian Donlan's review), and it since been nominated for a whopping 10 BAFTA games awards.

But the experience of making the game - and working with Sony Santa Monica Studios - was not always a smooth process, as detailed by former co-studio head Jessica Curry in a frank open letter penned when she subsequently left her post.
