Everybody's Gone to the Rapture nominated for 10 BAFTA Game Awards

Her Story, Witcher 3, Life is Strange tipped for prizes.

This year's BAFTA Game Awards include a whopping 10 nominations for Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.

Rapture developer The Chinese Room is up for Artistic Achievement, Audio Achievement, British Game, Game Innovation, Music, Original Property, Story and two Performer awards, along with a nod for the Best Game prize.

The Witcher 3 and Her Story are both up for seven awards each, while Batman: Arkham Knight, Life is Strange and Rocket League have five nominations each.

This year's Best Game prize is a six-way battle between Rapture, Life is Strange, Rocket League, Witcher 3, Fallout 4 and Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain.

Actors nominated for their performances in games over the last year include Luke Skywalker himself - otherwise known as Mark Hamill - for his appearance as The Joker in Arkham Knight.

Ashly Burch (Life is Strange's Chloe), Doug Cockle (The Witcher's Geralt), Masasa Moyo (Broken Age's Vella) plus Merle Dandridge and Oliver Dimsdale (Rapture's two leads Kate and Stephen) will face the Jedi for the prize.

Once again, the awards will be hosted by Dara O'Briain. The ceremony itself takes place on 7th April at London's Tobacco Dock - where we will be too.

The very best of luck to all nominated.
