Mobile game Need for Speed No Limits out today

Vroom?

Need for Speed No Limits, the mobile game we first covered back in November 2014, is out today.

It's a free download from the App Store and Google Play, but, of course, expect in-app purchases to fuel progression (they range from £1.49 - £79.99 per item). It's also worth noting the game requires a persistent internet connection.

Need for Speed No Limits, developed by EA's Firemonkey (the maker of Real Racing), launches with more than 900 race events, 100 player levels and more than 10 game modes, as well as 38 race courses and 30 different licensed cars.

The App Store app works with iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad and iPod touch. From Google Play you'll need Android 4.0.3 and up.

A new Ghost Games-made Need for Speed is in development and out this year on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
