Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 4 is due next week

That was quick, relatively.

Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 4, Escape Plan Bravo, is due next week, Telltale has announced.

That's less than two months since the last episode, which is quick for this series that began back in November and didn't see a second episode until four months later in March.

For the exact details, Episode 4 will premiere on 18th August for PC, Mac, PS4 and PS3, followed by the Xbox versions the following day and the iOS and Android ports on Thursday, 20th August.

This will be the penultimate episode in what is quickly becoming one of Telltale's finest series. It follows two grifters, Rhys and Fiona, as they narrate their tale of how they became the best of friends - and then the worst of enemies - while being held at gunpoint by a mysterious masked stranger with an unknown agenda. Who is this masked man? What does he want? And, most importantly, what happened to cause such a rift between Fiona and Rhys? There's also a mystery about vault key, but nobody really cares about that when this ragtag gang of misfits is so fun to watch in and of themselves.
