The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes release date

Coming October, alongside Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water.

3DS adventure The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes will arrive in Europe on 23rd October, Nintendo has announced.

The spin-off allows up to three players to work together to become heroes - with a shared health bar.

Nintendo has also given a date to Wii U-exclusive scarefest Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water, which is due a week later on 30th October.

A trial version will be available to download from the same day, featuring the game's prologue and first two chapters. You can then choose to purchase the rest of the game digitally.

Project Zero is also getting a physical release - but only via a Limited Edition bundle. This will include a copy of the game, a double-sided poster, an art book, four Spirit Photographs and a SteelBook cover.
