Watch Dogs 2 spotted on Ubisoft programmer's LinkedIn

Can it learn some new tricks?

Watch Dogs 2 appears to be in development, according to the LinkedIn profile of an Ubisoft senior gameplay programmer.

First spotted by Videogamer, the Ubisoft staffer's CV initially said they were working on "Watch Dogs / Bad Blood / Watch Dogs 2".

Bad Blood was Watch Dogs's DLC, but no official mention has been made about Watch Dogs 2. The listing has since been amended to remove mention of this unannounced sequel, but pictures remain of the original post.

As of last October Watch Dogs had shifted 9M copies. Back in January the game's creative director Jonathan Morin said that a sequel would have to appeal to fans "in a new way" and that he feels "there's a lot of room for improvement" on the series.

We've reached out to Ubisoft for comment on this and will update should we get any worthwhile info.
