Block N Load launches today with free Steam Weekend

Minecraft and Team Fortress mash-up now off the starting blocks.

Runescape developer Jagex will today launch its new construction and destruction-based first-person shooter Block N Load.

The online PC shooter allows you to build and blow up destructible arenas as part of five-on-five teams.

Intrigued? It will be free to try this weekend via Steam if any of that takes your fancy.

You can currently pre-purchase the Fully Loaded Edition with a bunch of extra skins and a copy of the similar-looking Ace of Spades: Battle Builder.

Or you can nab Block N Load by itself for £10.99 later today.
