New 3DS StreetPass games coming as part of International StreetPass Week

Relay activity at GAME, plus special Mii and home theme freebies.

Nintendo has released new details of its upcoming International StreetPass Week, set to take place from the 16th-27th April.

(Yes, that is longer than an actual week).

Two new StreetPass Plaza mini-games will launch on the 16th, as detailed in the last Nintendo Direct broadcast.

StreetPass Fishing and StreetPass Zombies task players with catching fish and defeating the undead using bait and weapons from other 3DS owners.

The StreetPass app will get a general upgrade on the same day, with further options for your greetings.

Finally, Nintendo will sell the StreetPass Mii Plaza Premium upgrade, which adds a StreetPass Birthdays feature and a VIP room for any special Miis you have collected.

Today, Nintendo has detailed a few other bonuses coming as part of the week. Drop by a branch of retailer GAME in the UK and you'll be able to pick up Miis from all over Europe and North America via the StreetPass Relay feature.

You'll also unlock a special 3DS home theme and a VIP Mii of Nintendo Europe boss Satoru Shibata.
