Despite the risks involved, Kickstarter remains a unique platform for funding games that should be celebrated, says a naively optimistic member of the Eurogamer staff (that would be me).
Most of my argument comes down to enjoying The Banner Saga, so if you're not a fan of that game, this is going to be a rather tough sell:
