Hearthstone's Naxxramas board added to competitive play

As well as a series of content wings packed with fiendish bosses, the recent Curse of Naxxramas expansion for Hearthstone also introduced a spooky new background board for the game. Alas, its use was limited to single player matches set inside the new adventure.

Until earlier this week, that is, when the game board began popping up randomly in the rotation of the existing arenas. This new addition is entirely intentional, as community manager Zeriyah confirmed over at the game's official forums:

"Not a bug!" they wrote. "In our latest hotfix, we have added the Naxxramas board to the game board rotation. Enjoy!"

Just like the game's existing boards, the Naxxramas-themed arena is chock full of mouse-clicking diversions to amuse yourself with, while your opponent takes 89.5 seconds to play their opening turn.
