PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Vita post-apocalyptic turn-based strategy game Natural Doctrine launches in Europe on 19th September 2014, NIS America has announced.

It launches in North America on 16th September.

Kadokawa's Natural Doctrine features cross-play and cross-save, and will be released digitally and on disc. There's single-player and cross-platform online multiplayer.

NIS talked Natural Doctrine up as "the first hardcore strategy game to hit the PS4".

"The game won't pull any punches with players that want to go in with guns and swords blazing. In this game, should any party member die, it's game over for you!"
