Amazon lists Rise of the Tomb Raider for PS3, Xbox 360

Next-gen Tomb Raider also coming to last-gen?

Rise of the Tomb Raider is now available to pre-order on Amazon for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Square Enix's Tomb Raider sequel has so far only been officially announced for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The title was unveiled last week during Microsoft's E3 press conference and will be released at some point in 2015.

A sequel to 2013's Tomb Raider reboot for PS3 and Xbox 360, last-gen versions of the follow-up would make sense. But Square Enix has also boasted of how the series has moved to a next-gen version of Croft, starting with this year's Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition re-release on PS4 and Xbox One.

Rise of the Tomb Raider will once again star Camilla Luddington as Lara Croft in a story penned by a team of writers that includes Tomb Raider reboot scribe Rhianna Pratchett.
