The Company of Heroes 2: The Western Front Armies standalone multiplayer expansion launches on 24th June 2014, Sega has announced.

The expansion takes the action to the Western Front, and adds the US Forces and the German Oberkommando West to Relic Entertainment's World War One real-time strategy game.

Each has new infantry, weapons, vehicles and upgrades. There are eight new maps and an extended progression system.

The Western Front Armies can be bought for a one-off price, or each individual army can be bought separately.

Those who preorder get two unique vehicles skins, one for each faction.
