Eric Chahi's classic 1991 surreal sci-fi adventure Another World (or Out of This World, as it's known in North America) is getting re-released on 3DS, Vita, Wii U, PS3, PS4 and Xbox One in its 20th Anniversary Edition, according to a German ratings board listing (via NeoGAF).

When asked about this, publisher The Digital Lounge playfully responded, "We do not comment on rumours. Especially since everybody is now fully aware!"

We'll take that as a confirmation.

Another World - 20th Anniversary Edition adds a number of enhancements to the original adventure like optional easier and harder difficulty modes, remastered audio and visuals, achievements and a "making of" video.

This spiffy re-release was initially put on iOS in 2011, then it came to Android in 2012, and PC and Mac received it in 2013. Looks like all the consoles save Xbox 360 will be following suit in 2014.
