Necrophone Games is the developer. To give you a sneak peek of Cara Ellison's review, which you'll be able to read on the site early next week: "Most of it is like playing through a silly cyberpunk nightmare written by Leslie Nielsen and made by Thirty Flights of Loving's Brandon Chung."
