Mutant Mudds Deluxe finally makes it to Steam this week

After over a year on Greenlight.

Mutant Mudds Deluxe, Renegade Kid's enhanced version of its 2012 retro 3DS platformer, is finally coming to Steam on 21st November, the developer has announced.

Priced at $9.99 (about £7), this port will contain all the extra content from the Wii U version of Mutant Mudds Deluxe. This includes the original game with enhanced graphics, along with the 20 added extra challenging Grannie stages and 20 more ghost-themed stages where you'll have to use a new spectral power-up.

Mutant Mudds has had a long and troubled campaign to get on Steam. Initially Valve rejected it, then it went to Steam Greenlight where it hovered around 55th place for awhile, but it still took 369 days to actually get accepted onto Valve's distribution portal.

In addition to Wii U and PC, Mutant Mudds Deluxe is heading to PS3 and Vita as a Cross-Buy affair sometime around Christmas.
