Battlefield 4 Second Assault redesigns four maps from Battlefield 3

DICE has unveiled the Second Assault expansion pack for shooter Battlefield 4.

Second Assault redesigns four maps from Battlefield 3 in the new Frostbite 3 game engine with the new multiplayer features, presumably such as Levolution, found in Battlefield 4. The maps are Caspian Border, Operation Metro, Gulf of Oman and Operation Firestorm, according to PCGamesN.

Second Assault is a timed exclusive for Xbox One, and launches alongside Microsoft's console on 22nd November 2013, the Battlefield website revealed. There's no word yet on when it'll launch on other console.

According to the Battlefield 4 DLC release schedule, the China Rising expansion launches in December. Naval Strike launches spring 2014, Dragon's Teeth summer 2014, then Final Stand, also in summer 2014. Buying Battlefield Premium gets you early access to these expansions, among other things.
