Live, er, stringing? Watch us play Puppeteer

Ian's a real boy from 5pm BST.

The next generation may be mere weeks away, but that hasn't stopped Sony kicking out even more exclusive games for PlayStation 3 (and won't, come to think of it - Gran Turismo 6 isn't out until December). The latest is Puppeteer, a whimsical platform game in which you control a small boy imprisoned on the moon and transformed into a puppet.

Dan Whitehead wasn't the biggest fan in the world, praising its visuals and overflowing personality in our review earlier but complaining about inconsequential mechanics and an absence of depth.

If you're curious to see those funky visuals and want to bask in that personality, however, perhaps you'd like to tune in to Ian Higton's live stream at 5pm BST today? It will give you another opportunity to gauge your interest in it before the game comes out in Europe next Friday, 13th September.
