Cube World could very well be this year's thing. And by 'thing' I mean phenomenally successful indie hit that captures everyone's imagination.
I could just say that it may well be this year's Minecraft, but Cube World's likely suffered enough unfair comparisons to Mojang's mega-hit already. Yes there are aesthetic similarities in the voxel worlds both games generate, but they're both marching to different beats, Cube World aiming to create an experience governed by more traditional game systems. You can have a look at it all yourself if you tune in at 5pm BST, when Ian will be playing through a couple of hours for your pleasure.
