Hello Games working on a next-gen game that isn't Joe Danger 3

Meanwhile, the first two games are on their way to Steam.

Joe Danger developer Hello Games is working on a next-gen game but it isn't Joe Danger 3.

"If we had some amazing idea for Joe Danger 3 we might do that," Hello Games boss Sean Murray told Rock, Paper, Shotgun, "but we've started on a new IP in the studio and we've gone back to a few of us working on that.

"That's a next-gen game, but whether it's next-gen console or next-gen PC I don't know."

The studio's currently wrapping up some "unfinished business": releasing Joe Danger 1 and 2 on the platform it was developed on, PC.

The Steam release has new levels, bumper graphics settings, ghost recordings and the map editor is integrated with Steamworks.

Those PC versions are coming "soon".

Both bright and colourful and jolly good fun Joe Danger games scored 8/10 on Eurogamer - Joe Danger 1 in 2010 and Joe Danger 2 at the tail-end of last year.
