Trials Evolution: Gold Edition crashes into PC in March

Trials franchise speeds past four million sold.

Trials Evolution: Gold Edition releases on PC on 22nd March in shops and as a download, Ubisoft has announced.

Trials Evolution is "specially enhanced for PC," Ubisoft said, and includes all of the tracks from Trials HD recreated using Trials Evolution's graphics and physics engine. Expect global leaderboards, local and online four-player multiplayer, a track editor, customisations and a whopping 129 tracks.

"As developer RedLynx's signature franchise, the Trials series first made its mark in gaming with the 2008 release of Trials 2 SE for the PC," Ubisoft said. "That breakout indie success led to further success on the Xbox, but ever since then PC gamers have been asking for more Trials. The Gold Edition is their reward."

Gold Edition is developed by Ubisoft Shanghai "under the supervision" of RedLynx.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft announced the Trials franchise has passed the four million sales mark.
