Molyneux's follow-up to Curiosity is Cooperation

"The biggest cooperative effort the world has ever known."

Eccentric visionary Peter Molyneux has announced his follow-up to to the upcoming mobile experiment Curiosity: What's in the Cube will be called Cooperation.

Little is known about this upcoming title, but Molyneux claimed in an interview with Polygon that it would be "the biggest cooperative effort the world has ever known."

That's quite an audacious claim!

"If you think of (Curiosity) being the biggest mystery posted to the digital world, Cooperation is the biggest cooperative effort the world has ever known," said Molyneux.

He also noted that it might not even be a game per se. "Cooperation is very, very different, maybe it's not a game, or maybe you'd call it a social game."

Molyneux noted that Cooperation would be competitive and cited Tug of War as an inspiration.

The recently renamed Curiosity: What's in the Cube will be out next month. It tasks players from all over the world to chip away at a cube made from 60 million smaller cubes until someone finds the surprise lying within that will purportedly be more life-changing than $50 million.
