Tower offense game Anomaly Warzone Earth is getting a sequel, Anomaly Korea, for iOS and Android, developer 11 Bit Studios has announced.

Unsurprisingly, it will have new units and powers. Check out the teaser trailer below.

Additionally, Anomaly: Warzone Earth's PS3 version is slated for release on 29th August for €8.99, 11 Bit Studios told Joystiq at Gamescom.

A US release date has yet to be determined, but is expected sometime in September.

PSN's Warzone Earth adds local co-op and a new human unit. The new Chainer unit can charge enemies and blast them in a chain attack, hitting up to eight at once.

Our John Teti quite liked the original PC version of Anomaly Warzone Earth, which he awarded an 8/10 in his review last spring.
