PSN maintenance scheduled for next Wednesday evening

From 4pm to midnight.

The PlayStation Network will be affected by maintenance next Wednesday evening, Sony has announced.

The work begins at 4pm on Wednesday, 9th May, and ends at midnight. Datura, the PS Move-enabled first-person curio from Polish demo scene group Plastic, launches on that day.

The maintenance will affect the PS Store, Account Management and Account Registration. PS Home will be unavailable during the period, too.

Sony warned that those who try to sign in to PSN after the maintenance has begun may receive the site maintenance notification page. If you sign in beforehand, however, you should be able to continue playing online.
