Double Fine announces Stacking for PC

Russian to your computer "soon".

Matryoshka doll adventure Stacking will "soon" be getting a release on PC, developer Double Fine has announced.

No specific release date was mentioned.

Studio boss Tim Schafer revealed the news in a video aired on G4TV (thanks, RPS).

The charming downloadable game first launched this year on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.

You play as teeny Russian Doll Charlie Blackmore, who must take on a puzzle-filled quest to rescue his family from the clutches of evil industrialist The Baron.

Players embue abilities from the progressively larger dolls Charlie stacks himself in, with later conundrums requiring complicated sets of stacking prowess.

There's also Double Fine's usual quirky dialogue and japery.
