Japan chart: 3DS holds onto top spot

Grand Knights History takes software crown.

The 3DS continues to dominate the weekly Japanese hardware chart.

According to Andriasang, Nintendo's handheld took the top spot with 54,744 sales - down slightly on last week's 60,781 tally.

Elsewhere sales were largely flat, with PlayStation 3 taking second place, followed by PSP, Wii and the DS. Oh, and the PSP go finally hit single digits. Here's the full chart:

Grand Knights History, a PSP RPG from Muramasa developer VanillaWare, topped the software chart, moving 64,630 units. Last week's number one, Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD dropped down to two.

Other new entries in the top 10 included Atlus RPG Devil Survivor Overclocked at five and PSP role player Corpse Party at seven.
