Game reveals UK PS3 price cut deals

Value through bundles.

Game has revealed to Eurogamer its new UK PS3 pricing and associated deals. They come into effect in stores (Game and Gamestation) tomorrow.

Alone, the 160GB and 320GB PS3 units follow Sony's RRP guidance price: £199 and £249, respectively.

However, buy a pre-owned game as well and the price falls to £179 and £229, respectively. A pre-owned game may cost you £10, for example. That means that you spend £179 on a 160GB console and £10 on a game. It still works out £10 cheaper than buying the 160GB PS3 on its own.

Alternatively, you can buy a 320GB PS3 with three games for £249, which is the same price the 320GB PS3 costs alone. Those three games are Ferrari Challenge, FIFA 11 and a choice of either Infamous 2, Killzone 3 or MotorStorm: Apocalypse.

Trade-in a fat old 40GB/60GB/80GB PS3, and Game will give you £100 credit towards a new PS3 Slim.

The PS3 prices you see on Game's website - £189.99 (160GB) and £239.99 (320GB) - are confirmed as correct.

Eurogamer is keeping track of all PS3 price cuts across all UK shops and online vendors.
