Assassin's Creed: Revelations PSN beta

Timed PlayStation Network exclusive.

The Assassin's creed: Revelations multiplayer beta launches as a timed PlayStation Network exclusive, Ubisoft has announced.

It goes live on 3rd September and runs to 11th September.

There's a snag though – you have to be either a PlayStation Plus or Uplay subscriber to play get in on the stabby action.

The multiplayer beta offers access to nine characters: the Sentinel, the Vanguard, the Guardian, the Vizier, the Thespian, the Deacon, the Bombardier, the Trickster and the Champion.

Three maps are available: Knight’s Hospital, Antioch and Constantinople; and four playable modes are included: Wanted, Manhunt, Deathmatch and Artifact Assault.

Ubisoft said this evening the beta offers only a sample of the final multiplayer content.
