UK Top 40: Zumba defeats Harry Potter

Boy wizard apparates in seventh.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two, last week's big launch, has landed in the UK charts in seventh place.

Reigning chart champion Zumba Fitness remains in the top spot.

Despite all the hubbub and gusto surrounding the final Potter film's release, this second gaming slice of seventh book Deathly Hallows is the magical boy man's lowest ever first week sales.

Zumba Fitness, for those counting, is on a five week roll at number one. Who's buying this game? Point your fingers at the Wii version - it's responsible for 90 per cent of the game's sales, compared to just eight per cent on Xbox 360 and two per cent for PlayStation 3.

This left Transformers: Dark of the Moon as the most successful movie tie-in this week. It managed to climb one place into second, while Lego scored a double kill with its offerings for Pirates of the Caribbean and Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, in fifth and sixth.

Away from the world of movie licenses, DiRT 3 continued to perform, down just one place in third. A reduced price for Call of Duty: Black Ops saw it move up the charts again, this week in fourth.

Cheaper price points also helped EA Sports Active 2 and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood - both re-entered the top ten this week in eighth and tenth, respectively. And Brink made it ten weeks in the top flight, clinging on in ninth.

We'll update with the full chart listings shortly.

It's all over. *sniff*
