Gameplay footage from a cancelled Square Enix top-down co-op shooter called Project Dropship has found its way onto the web.

According to Siliconera, the game was in development at Square's Los Angeles studio and would have been a downloadable title.

The publisher hasn't disclosed why it pulled the plug on the game.
