Red Orchestra 2 release date announced

Tactical FPS tunes up for August release.

PC tactical FPS sequel Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad marches forth on 30th August, developer Tripwire Interactive has announced.

According to the game's official site, it'll cost US gamers $39.99 via Steam and other digital download stores, "with prices for other territories set to appropriate pricing for those territories."

The follow-up to acclaimed 2006 effort Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 adds a cover system, collision detection and a new stat tracking system.
