Nintendo Europe clarifies Zelda CD mess

Stock for everyone until June 30th.

Everyone who registers Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D online by 30th June will recieve the game's promised bonus soundtrack CD, Nintendo has now stated.

The company has fixed a "technical issue" stopping gamers registering for the soundtrack online.

Club Nintendo members who rang Nintendo's customer support line had been told the item was simply out of stock.

"This issue is now solved, but we would like to extend our sincere apologies to all Club Nintendo members who encountered this problem," an update on Nintendo UK's official site reads.

Previously, Nintendo had stated gamers only had a "chance" of gaining the promotional item. Stock was apparently in limited supply.

Tried and failed to register already? Nintendo will be in contact soon with information on how to receive the CD.

In North America, a similar case of "strong demand and technical issues" saw Nintendo extend the offer there - until midnight PST last night.
