Lego dev confirmed for GameCityNights

Jonathan Smith to show Lego Pirates.

TT Games' Jonathan Smith will showcase Lego Pirates of the Caribbean at the next GameCityNights festival event.

Smith will discuss his experience of life at TT Games and reveal what it's like to work with blockbuster franchises such as Star Wars, Batman and Indiana Jones.

Eurogamer's Lego Pirates of the Caribbean review returned an 8/10.

"It's true that those who've played the last two or three Lego titles might experience a little déjà vu," Tom wrote, "but the rest will likely find that a pirate's life is very much for them. Savvy?"

Elsewhere, Vblank Entertainment's Brian Provinciano will unveil WiiWare and Xbox Live Arcade game Retro City Rampage, and Lockwood Publishing boss Halli Thor Bjornsson will demo PlayStation Home exclusive racer Sodium 2 – Project Velocity.

The GameCityNights festival takes place on Thursday 26th May at Antenna, Nottingham.
