Acquire's next hits UK shores in May.

PlayStation Portable game Gladiator Begins launches on Friday 27th May, Zen United and PQube have announced.

A demo of the Acquire-created action RPG is available to download from the PlayStation Network now.

Gladiator Begins, from the studio behind the Tenchu and Way of the Samurai series, has been out in the US since September last year, and in Japan for over a year.

Free downloadable content is planned, including new weapons, armour and characters. All will be made available from the PlayStation Network.
