SEGA delays Yakuza of the End in Japan

Cites "various circumstances".

SEGA has delayed the Japanese launch of zombie Yakuza spin-off Of The End following last week's earthquake and tsunami.

The game, which was due out on 17th March, is now listed as TBA.

The move follows Sony's decision to delay the Japanese launch of racing game MotorStorm: Apocalypse.

SEGA said the Yakuza delay was the result of "various circumstances", Andriasang reports.

SEGA announced Of the End last September. It sees familiar franchise faces Kazuma, Goro, Ryuji and Shun ditch their mobster day jobs to protect the streets of Kamurocho from hordes of zombies.

No word yet on when Yakuza: Of The End will arrive on these shores or for which platforms. Yakuza 4 is out in the UK this Friday.
