Conduit 2 release date delayed again

Wii-exclusive shooter pushed back.

Wii-exclusive first-person shooter The Conduit 2 has been delayed once again, SEGA has announced.

It'll now launch on 22nd April, having been set for release on 18th March.

The delay "allows for the team to continue to balance and enhance the game's multiplayer, one of the key features and focuses during the development of this ambitious sequel" SEGA said in a statement issued this morning.

In October The Conduit 2 was delayed to February 2011 to incorporate new content and fan feedback from its E3 2010 showing.

Developer High Voltage has promised local split-screen multiplayer, revamped online play, MotionPlus functionality and Classic Controller support.

Last month High Voltage spoke to Eurogamer about how it is righting the wrongs of the first game with its sequel.
