Taste the Icy Incursion in 2D or 3D.

A single-player demo of PlayStation 3 exclusive FPS Killzone 3 will release on 16th February, Sony has announced.

It features the Icy Incursion level that takes place halfway through the campaign.

PlayStation Plus members can download the demo a week early on 9th February, guerrilla Games producer Aryeh Loeb revealed on the PlayStation Blog.

There will be two separate downloads available, one in 2D and one in 3D. The 2D version supports splitscreen co-op – a feature not available in the 3D demo.

The demos also supports PlayStation Move.

Loeb promised more details on the upcoming multiplayer open beta, set to kick off on 3rd February and run until the 15th, soon.
